Cancellation and Payment Policy

Plans change, and we believe you should know exactly where you stand before you book. Here is how payments and cancellations work at Sundial Retreat, in plain English.
How payment works
- Booking more than 30 days before arrival: 30% is due at booking. The remaining 70% is due 30 days before your arrival date.
- Booking within 30 days of arrival: the full amount is due at booking.
Payments are processed securely through our booking system.
Our cancellation policy
Your refund depends on how far ahead of check-in you cancel:

How to cancel
Contact the host via email by replying to your confirmation email, or by submitting the contact form at sundialretreat.com/contact with your name and booking dates, and we will take care of the rest. Your cancellation date is the day we receive your request, and refunds go back to your original payment method.
Booked through Vrbo? Bookings made on Vrbo must be canceled through Vrbo, and Vrbo’s policies apply to those reservations. This policy covers direct bookings made through our site.
A few honest suggestions
- If your travel plans have any uncertainty, consider booking a refundable window (30 or more days out) or adding travel insurance through your preferred provider.
- Sedona is a year-round destination and weather rarely disrupts travel here. If something truly out of the ordinary affects your stay, reach out. We are real people, we answer our own email, and we will always talk it through with you.
